American Legends Story & Song
This is an assembly program or
concert for school aged children. It includes:Tall Tales and True
Stories of American History, Slave and Protest Songs, Lewis and Clark
and the Pioneers. Also included in this presentation: Literature Based
Storytelling with the tales of Shel Silverstein, Nathaniel Hawthorne,
and Washington Irving. Students
and Children of all ages will hear songs that tell stories and tales of
America past. The program includes: Casey Jones, Pecos Bill, Annie
Oakley, The Cat Came Back, the Boogie
Man, and Boogie Woman, The Headless Horseman, The Great Stone Face, The
Hairy Man and many more....... Prorgams can be tailored to suit
audiences of various ages from 5-12 years and up. Funding from
